Donor Agreement
This text sets out the terms that apply to donations made through isar.global and the mutual rights and obligations. By donating, you are deemed to accept these terms.

1. Parties and scope
The recipient of your donations is ISAR GLOBAL — International Society Awareness Responsibility, an association registered in Austria. Regardless of religion, language, ethnicity or origin, the association delivers aid to people in need, orphans and those facing hardship in the areas of food, education, healthcare, clean water and shelter.
2. Nature of donations
Donations are voluntary and made without any consideration in return. Once the donation is completed, the donated amount becomes part of the association’s assets and is used for the humanitarian purposes set out in the association’s statutes.
3. Types of donation
- General donation: directed at the association’s discretion to the projects where the need is most urgent.
- Project donation: allocated to the campaign you choose (water well, food parcel, education support, etc.).
- Qurbani by proxy: the sacrifice is carried out on your behalf in accordance with Islamic rules; a record of the sacrifice and distribution is sent to the donor.
- Regular (monthly) donation: the amount you choose is collected every month until you cancel.
4. Allocation and surplus funds
Project donations are allocated to the relevant project. If a project’s target amount is exceeded, the project can no longer be carried out, or funds are left over, the surplus is used for similar projects closest to the purpose of the donation. This principle ensures that donations reach the field as quickly and effectively as possible.
5. Payment methods and security
Payments can be made by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, EPS and bank transfer. Card payments are processed by licensed payment institutions supporting 3D Secure; we do not store your card details.

6. Receipts and tax relief
A digital receipt is issued for every donation and can be downloaded from your profile. ISAR GLOBAL is recognised by the Austrian tax authority as an organisation eligible for tax-deductible donations (spendenbegünstigt); donors who pay tax in Austria can deduct their donations from their taxable income. Tax treatment in other countries is subject to local legislation.
7. Reporting and transparency
The use of donations is documented with field reports, photos and videos. Spending by campaign and independent audit reports are published openly on our Transparency page.
8. Cancelling regular donations and refunds
- You can cancel your regular donation at any time, without giving a reason, from your profile or by writing to us; cancellation takes effect from the next collection period.
- For donations made in error or twice, if you contact us within 14 days of the transaction, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method.
- Donations that have already been transferred to the field and spent cannot be refunded.
